For an individual ------------------------$65 half hour sessions, $110 for one hour sessions
Sports-Specific Training -- Beginners Welcome
Take fun to new extremes. This training can be geared to one or more persons per session. With each session the individual will go through a sequence of moves and training exercises geared to increase one’s performance within the sport.
Gymnastics
If you have never tried a gymnastic oriented workout, then now is the time to start. In my opinion, there is no better sport for making a well-balanced athlete. This workout will be tailored to your athletic abilities and achievable goals will be obtained. During which you will become more flexible and stronger. These exercises challenge the mind and the body.
Spinning/Cycling
Offered in the summer months along scenic locations with paved and dirt trails.
Groups of 5 or more ---- $25 per person for one hour sessions
